Miss Know it all

Have you ever met one of those women who insist they know everything about raising children, yet they have none of their own?  It drives me absolutley insane. 

My husband and I were at a birthday party the other day and ran into this woman we know.  She is in her fifty's and has no children.  She was so excited to see our baby who is almost four months old and asked if she could hold her.  The first thing that came out of her mouth is "Oh, you are hungry aren't you?  Your mommy didn't feed you did she"  OMG... how I could have just totally knocked her out.  I had just got through nursing my baby about ten minutes before she said that.  I explained this to her and she says "Well, your baby is chewing on her fingers and her hands.  That means she is still hungry."  No, you stupid, insulting, loud mouth b***h, it means she is teething! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!  I could just scream.  But, I hold my composure.  A bit later in the afternoon she tells my husband that my daughter was hungry and I did not feed her.  The nerve of that horrid woman.  I know when my baby is hungry.  She says to my husband, "your baby is not eating enough.  All day she has been chewing her hands."  My husband nicely explains that our daughter is teething.  She proceeds to correct my husband stating that it is "impossible for a child to be teething at almost four months old.  You are mistaken."  My husband replied, "So I guess my daughters doctor has no idea what she is talking about either!  Since that is who confirmed it!  Maybe we should just save some money and see you instead!"

I felt like saying, HOW DARE YOU CRUELLA.  LOL... I think I will just call her Cruella from now on.  That is classic!  Anyhow, I am sure you have all met people like this, but it drives me crazy!
